Way too many to pick up only one.
As international names, I'd go with Elle or Lena (of course). ~~Or Alexis, April, Audrey, Elizabeth, Claire, Rachel, Tess, Vivian.~~
I don't like italian names, but since it would be weird to have an english name living in Italy, I would have liked to be called Emma or Chiara. ~~But also Rebecca, Alice, Beatrice, Bianca, Diana, Elena.~~
